Volunteers in Animal Shelters Have No Time to Get Bored, and Here Are 17 Cute Examples of Why
editor1 August 2, 2024Nature . Photography . Wild Animals ArticleVolunteers claim that homeless animals are not bad or evil. Most of the time, they are abandoned by their owners, some of them are abused, and most of them have had to live on the streets for years. But their temperaments don’t become worse because of that! On the contrary, the difficulties they have been through make them more loyal and sweet if good people find them and take them in.
And in general, working with animals is one of the most rewarding jobs. The tenderness in the eyes of the saved animals that have finally found homes and are being loved by someone is priceless.
“This fluffy boy came into the shelter I work at.”
“My local animal shelter posted this little purrito.”
“I fulfilled one of my life dreams this summer…I got to volunteer with sloths!”
So sweet! His eyes are so kind!
This is the beautiful life that volunteers have.
Sometimes it’s very hard to concentrate on work in animal shelters.
“This very young Albino Squirrel turned up at the wildlife hospital I used to volunteer at.”
“My mom volunteers for an animal rescue. She sent me this.”
“I was photographing dogs for the humane society and out of nowhere, this dog attacked me.”
